Nursing Management/Leadership
Hospitals and other healthcare facilities often seek out experienced RNs for leadership positions. The first step is a bachelor’s degree or BSN. If you’re already an RN, there are special college programs leading to the BSN that you can earn while working. You may even be able to study a new nursing specialty in the process.
