South College Bachelor of Science in Health Science - Nuclear Medicine
The mission of the Bachelor of Science in Health Science w/Concentration in Nuclear Medicine program is to provide a comprehensive educational program that prepares current radiologic technologists to become entry-level nuclear medicine technologists that provide quality patient care, actively participate in the profession, and pursue life-long learning. The program is designed for those current RT’s seeking education beyond the associate degree level.
Program Goals:
To train competent, efficient, and effective nuclear medicine technologists
To support the development of diverse skills to participate in current and emerging technologies
To encourage student scholarly and professional activities after graduation
To promote and enhance student development of integrative, critical thinking, and written, verbal, and computer-based communication skills
