Argosy University Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership (Ed.D.)

-
The EdD in Organizational Leadership program is designed to meet the special requirements of working professionals motivated to develop their knowledge and skills to handle the changing needs of modern organizations. The program is designed to provide working professionals with the opportunity to pursue their personal and professional goals through the completion of a graduate program.
Based on the belief that success for an organization is directly and substantially linked to leaders within the organization, Argosy University offers the Organizational Leadership degree, which provides practicing professionals with opportunities for personal and professional development. The faculty is committed to providing their students with a learning environment that informs, enhances, challenges, and supports the development of organizational leaders ready to successfully face the complex issues in an ever-changing world.
The program is focused on the qualities of transformational leadership, rather than only on managerial attributes. This approach enables the faculty members to dedicate themselves to preparing students to lead complex organizations faced with an abundance of strategic challenges, such as increasing globalization, changing economies, societal shifts, and individual-organizational relationships. It is the premise of the program that leaders prepared in this manner can be visionaries and innovators, leading viable organizations capable of meeting the challenges in the future.
