The Norwich University Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program not only offers a convenient way to advance your credentials but also gives you the opportunity to advance your own personal and professional understanding of leadership as well. Designed for aspiring leaders, or professionals already in a position of leadership, Norwich’s MSOL offers everything necessary – convenience, innovative interactive classrooms, a manageable pace, and powerful and long-lasting relationships. Instructors will work with you to create a customized Leadership Development Portfolio (LDP) which you will utilize as a means of tracking your learning and development.
  • The MSOL program provides a means of discovery so that you can find your answers and then live out the course work in your role within your organization and in your daily life.
  • Each seminar will provide information and inspiration to prompt real change and growth as you become highly introspective about your own leadership potential and style.
At the end of the 36 credits of coursework, you and your fellow students will converge on the campus of Norwich University for a one-week residency. This weeklong event – which culminates in graduation – provides a time to relax with professors and colleagues, network with business acquaintances and strengthen lifelong friendships. Fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC), the highest accrediting body for academic institutions, Norwich also has decades of experience delivering distance education to adult learners.
