This program provides the student with the knowledge, skills, and techniques needed to work in a dental office setting. Students receive didactic and practical instruction in biomedical and dental science, dental material science, dental radiology, clinical chair side, and dental office administration. Graduates are qualified to work in entry level positions in dental office settings performing administrative and clinical duties. Prior to graduating from this program, students get an opportunity to perform real world clinical practice in a dental office as a dental assistant in training.
