Medical Assistant Associates Degree

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll help care for patients, carry out routine treatments, conduct lab tests, and maintain office records. Medical Assistants also have clerical duties. They answer telephones, greet patients, and update medical records. Assistants complete insurance forms and schedule appointments. They also arrange for hospital admission and lab services. You’ll work with Doctors, Nurses, Specialists, and other medical professionals caring for and treating patients.
