Hesser College Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice
The Criminal Justice program will give students a sound foundation in theories and techniques that prepare them for a professional position in the public or private sectors of law enforcement, corrections or security. Specific electives allow students to tailor the program to their career goals. The program is designed to provide a broad base in social sciences, creating opportunities in related fields of human services or for continuing education in Criminal Justice. Externships can provide students with the practical experience needed to be successful in their chosen career fields. Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be awarded a Bachelor of Science degree. The program features field trips to the FBI Academy and Supreme Court in Washington, hands-on approach to theories and techniques used in law enforcement and available externships.
