Kaplan College Certificate - Computerized Business Specialist

The objective of the Computerized Business Specialist program is to provide students with skills that will enable them to work in a modern office, call center, help desk or comparable business setting. Students will learn administration, keyboarding, client operating systems, help desk support, customer service and computer skills, including software, basic computer hardware, applications and office procedures. In order to make students more marketable, instruction in PC troubleshooting skills is also presented. Students will be prepared for entry-level positions such as call center associates, help desk support, administrative assistants, customer service representatives, finance clerks and general office supervisors. This program is designed to lead to entry-level employment in the fields, or to jobs in related fields, the specific job titles of which may not be that specified in the program title.
