The Fashion Design program is designed to prepare students for career opportunities in the fashion design, retail, and merchandising industries. Draping, pattern drafting, computer design, and construction using industry-standard equipment are used to develop new concepts and to help refine students’ individual skills and talents. With the courses that make up our degree programs, students have an opportunity to develop competent multitasking skills, integrating conceptual and creative abilities with technical and sound business practices that can help prepare our students for successful professional careers in the fashion design industry.
