The Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Visual Communications is designed to provide graduates with advanced skills training in graphic design that can enable them to keep abreast of the changing and emerging technology and subsequent trends in the computer graphics and graphic design industries. Students will study in such advanced areas as litigation graphics, digital imaging and modeling, computer animation, tradeshows, web design, web development, and integrated projects that will not only involve finished design but will also focus on the entire design process, tracking of the process, and analysis of the goals and target audience. Application of both theory and principles of applied graphic design will also be studied.
