The Computer Business Systems program provides students with skills that will enable them to work in a modern office, call center, helpdesk or comparable business setting. Students will learn administration, keyboarding, client operating systems, help desk support, customer service and computer skills including software, basic computer hardware, applications and office procedures. In order to make students more marketable, instruction in Internet fundamentals and PC troubleshooting skills is also presented.
