The Patient Care Technician program provides students with the opportunity to learn the knowledge, skills and work habits required for entry-level employment. The program includes unit clerk and data entry; rehabilitation courses; mental health concepts; and outpatient, acute and long-term patient basic care skills. Graduates seek employment in private practice offices, clinics, hospitals, group homes, Med/Psych units, rehabilitation centers or patients’ homes.
