In the Culinary Arts – Culinary Skills program, you’ll gain practical knowledge of the techniques required to succeed in culinary arts. From choosing the correct knife to the proper use of specialized kitchen equipment, you’ll achieve insight and valuable knowledge from experienced culinary professionals. Courses take place in professional kitchens. Graduates are prepared to seek entry-level employment such as line cook and pantry cook (garde manger).
